This pop out garland featuring Butterflies of the British Isles is the perfect DIY lite gift for anyone who loves all things cottagecore and lepidopterology!
Each one is made from sustainably sourced, 4mm maple wood, and printed using high quality UV sealed inks. Gently pop out each piece and string them together using the 2m of cream twine provided. Each piece can be moved independently along the string to be repositioned once strung. The largest butterfly measures 10.8 x 6cm, please see the pictures for handheld size.
Butterflies included are Red Admiral, Tortoiseshell, Orange Tip, Painted Lady, Peacock, Speckled Wood, Marbled White, Comma and Holly Blue.
Please be aware that as wood is a natural product, each butterfly will be totally individual and have a different grain to it. These are single sided decorations, so would be best used hanging against a wall or dresser. Please do not hang these decorations outside as exposure to the elements could cause the wood to swell or crack.
Please be aware that these butterflies are intended to be used as decorations, not as toys! Although maple is a strong wood, the thinner parts of the butterflies can be delicate so please pop and string with care! Children should be supervised when popping out pieces.
